Inquiry FAQ's

We will respond to you as soon as possible to set up a 15-minute Discovery Call. This gives us both the opportunity to ask questions and get to know each other a bit. If it seems like a good fit, we can then schedule an in-person consultation. The information gathered will be used to create a custom proposal for our services.

If you decide to move forward with our services, we will then send you our design agreement and an invoice for the initial payment in order to get started!

Our initial Discovery Call is always complimentary! This gives us the ability to feel out whether we might be a good fit for each other with no strings attached.

Our In-Person Consultation's are paid, as they require us to join you onsite for a longer meeting that can last up to two hours. This consultation is billed at a flat rate of $250. If you decide to move forward with our services, this amount will be applied as credit to your initial payment. If you decide not to move forward, you will receive a typed up copy of notes from our consultation.
